PRICING & VAT
All prices quoted on this web site show vat separately which is charged at the current rate prevailing.
Most orders are despatched within 24 hours of receipt. If there is likely to be a delay we will inform you by e-mail immediately. Please inform us within 7 days if your order has not arrived so we can try and trace the delivery. We cannot refund any orders which go missing if we are not informed within 7 days of despatch.

PAYMENT INFORMATION. Payments are processed for us either by WorldPay or PayPal. Your details are encrypted and processed on a separate secure payment page and further information is available on their web sites. We do not see your credit card details. WorldPay or PayPal will e-mail you a separate confirmation of your transaction.
RETURN OF GOODS
Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) regulations you have the right to a 7 day 'cooling off ' period during which time you may change your mind and return the goods. You must notify us by e-mail that you intend to return the goods and these should be returned unused and in their original condition to our address which appears at the end of this section. Goods should be sent at the customers expense and a receipt should be obtained from Royal Mail or the carrier in case they go astray or arrive damaged and you need to make a claim against them.
Items which have been ordered specially or have been cut to a special size may not be returned.
When the goods have been received at our address we will credit you the value of the goods less the original delivery charge.
If you have ordered the wrong product and want to exchange for another item this will be treated as two separate orders. The original postage will not be credited and there will be a new delivery charge for the second item unless we have previously negotiated another arrangement.

REFUNDS, REPLACEMENTS, DAMAGED GOODS
If you receive the goods damaged please let us know immediately by telephone or e-mail. You will have the choice of a replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer. If we ask you to return the damaged goods we will refund in full any postage in doing so. Please retain goods and packaging as evidence to help us claim from the delivery service.
We take all reasonable precautions to make sure goods are addressed accurately and clearly before we despatch them but if you have entered an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, wrong post code etc, we cannot be held responsible if the goods go astray and any claims will not be entertained. Likewise, if we are asked to leave goods on a door step, in a shed or anywhere else apart from through a letter-box, it is entirely at the customers risk.

We are an internet business and do not have any shop premises or facilities for personal callers.
