UK Deliveries

UK Royal Mail First Class post - none trackable

We usually despatch orders very quickly.  In general, orders received by 2.00pm each working day are despatched the same day using Royal Mail First-Class  service. This is not a guaranteed service but Royal Mail aim to deliver next working day and we have usually found this to be reliable.  If a delay does occur then we are unable to track the order or supply any information about when it will arrive. 

UK Parcel Force  - trackable

If you definitely need your order by a certain date it is worth selecting this service. We are not offering a "next day" sevice but a "trackable" service. Your order will usually be packed same day as it is placed (depending on time of day), collected the following day by Parcel Force and delivered the day after that. (Working days)

If you need a "next day"or a Saturday delivery we can usually arrange to despatch by Royal Mail Special Delivery for an extra cost. This all depends on the weight of the order and the time of day.  If you telephone us or e-mail with your requirements we will be able to decide the best method of delivery.

Ireland Deliveries

Airmail - none trackable

We despatch orders regularly via Royal Mail (Airmail)  to Ireland. This is not a guaranteed service but from experience deliveries usually take about 5 days. If a delay does occur then we are unable to track the order or supply any further information about when it will arrive. 

Special Delivery (DHL) - trackable

If you definitely need your order by a certain date it is worth selecting this service. We are not offering a "next day" sevice but a "trackable" service. Your order will usually be packed same day as it is placed (depending on time of day), collected the following day by DHL and delivered 2 - 3 days after that. (Working days)
