Paper Crafter Deliveries

We despatch orders very quickly.  In general, orders received by 2.00pm each working day are despatched the same day using Royal Mail First-Class  service. This is not a guaranteed service but Royal Mail aim to deliver next working day and we have found this reliable until recently.

Royal Mail strike disruption

Because of recent disruptions to Royal Mail we now offer an alternative delivery method - DHL Home Delivery. This service is aimed at customers who want to be sure that they will receive their orders within 2 working days and not get caught indefinitely in a Royal Mail sorting office.

If we receive your order early in the day we would expect it to be delivered next working day but if your order is really urgent please telephone beforehand so we can be precise and perhaps make special arrangements. We do have other delivery methods whereby next-day delivery is guaranteed and Saturday deliveries can also be guaranteed.

International Airmail

We despatch orders regularly via Airmail  to Ireland and throughout Europe. Again this is not a guaranteed service but from experience deliveries have taken about 4/5 days. For larger orders we are able to use private carriers which are usually a bit quicker and trackable. Please e-mail if you have any specific requirements and we will always try and oblige.
